Paul has been involved in the Orlando Vacation Homes market for the past 15 years. The purchase of his owndream Orlando home back in 2001 has led to the formation of his group of companies which specialize in the Sales , Rental and Management of homes in the Disney area. It would be fair to say very few people within the industry will have more knowledge about the areas short term rental community's than Paul.
JILL MELVIN
Owner
Jill is Paul's wife and has been with him every step of the way as the companies have developed over the last 15 years. Her back ground as an administration manager for a multi-national financial corporation was the perfect preparation for the role she has today overseeing the day to day running of both the rental and management arms of the business.
SUSAN STREFFORD
Customer Services Manager
Sue joined the team in 2013 and has a real passion and knowledge for Orlando and everything it has to offer. She brings 22 years of experience in a customer services environment and is also very knowledgeable within the Orlando Vacation Home industry due to her many holidays visits over the last 10 years.
Charlotte King
Reservations Team
Charlotte joined us in 2021 after working for a number of years in Administration and HR. The interpersonal attention to detail and communication skills gained in these roles means she can provide an excellent customer experience.

Alex joined us in 2021 after working . Her back ground in both face to face and online customer service as well as working with figures and personal data made her perfect for her role to provide accuracy and attention to the customer's needs and provide the best customer experience possible.
Paul Coulthard
IT Manager
Paul Coulthard joined us in 2010 bringing with him over 25 years of IT experience to the company. He has a wide range design and implementation skills and although he works behind the scenes to develop the business infrastructure in house he will also support the rest of the team with general IT issues as they arise
